Kurasi Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of data that Kurasi received from Instagram / Meta after connecting an Instagram Professional account.

Data we may store from Instagram

• Instagram account id, username, and display name
• Encrypted access tokens and permission scopes
• Publishing results such as media ids and status messages

How to delete your Instagram data from Kurasi

1. From Kurasi: sign in, open Integrations, and disconnect Instagram. This removes stored Instagram credentials for your workspace.
2. From Instagram / Meta: open Settings, find Apps and websites (or Apps and permissions), remove Kurasi, then choose Send request / request data deletion if available. Meta will notify Kurasi to delete related data.
3. By email: send a message to yafizham@pethalvoid.com with subject Instagram data deletion, using the email on your Kurasi account. Include your Instagram username and Kurasi workspace name.

What we delete

• Encrypted Instagram access tokens
• Instagram connection records
• Meta-linked identifiers used for publishing

Content you created inside Kurasi (captions, slides, queue history) stays in your workspace until you delete it or ask us to remove it in your email request.
